Returns and Exchanges
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resell-able condition. This also includes the original manufactures packaging. Please box up returns in a separate package or some form of paper packaging wrap. Please do not place labels or tape on the original manufactures packaging.
- Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
- Customers are responsible for the freight/postage for the return shipping.
- All returns must have an RMA Number on the outside of the shipment.
In the event that you need to return an item, please follow these directions:
||Include a copy of the register receipt, order number, and name along with instructions for our return department (e.g. credit, refund, or exchange).
||Return package via post office (insured), fed ex, or ups to our mailing address
